MICROSOFT SHOWS 52 GAMES, 18 CONSOLE EXCLUSIVES AND 15 WORLD PREMIERES
Sunday’s Microsoft Xbox E3 Conference was the largest in their E3 history with more than 6,000 people in attendance, including our friends (of our podcast show on AllGames.com), James and Andy who were part of the 1.000 fans invited to attend in the Microsoft Theatre.
Microsoft showed off a record 52 games on stage including 18 console launch exclusives and 15 world premieres.
Some of the world first reveals included, The Division 2, Kingdom Hearts 3, Devil May Cry 5, Metro Exodus and Shadow of the Tomb Raider to name a few.
Then Microsoft decide this news wasn’t big enough so they revealed that they are doubling its game development studios by adding five creative teams.
They were not done there, Microsoft also showed off new titles in their biggest franchises, The show kicked off with the first look at Halo Infinite, which has been built from the ground up on the new Slipspace engine.
Also they showed off Forza Horizon 4 with several exciting new features not seen in the Forza series.
We seen the new Gears 5 game with a great cut scene to build into the game, as well a new Gears title called Gears Tactics.
Confirmation of the new Battletoads game was revealed which is coming out in 2019.
As well, we got a good look at Cyberpunk 2077.
Phil Spencer also announced that the they are now working on the next consoles (yes, he said consoles) to be coming out in the next couple of years.
